# Sushi rice

## Ingredients

- 45g sugar
- 10g salt
- 60g rice vinegar
- 800ml water
- 500g rice

## Steps

- Wash the rice
- Once you think it is washed, wash it agin twice
- Cook it (pot with my measurements, or rice cooker)
- Dump in wide bowl to cool
- Mix sugar salt and rice vinegar, make sure it is disolved (Microwave the vinegar, careful with the fumes, it burns the nose and throat)
- When it is not scalding but still hot, add the prepared vinegar, and mix thouroughly
