- Salt (more than you think, taste it)

## Add-ons by purpose (Do not add all of them, choose and taste)

### Acidity

- Sour cream
- Greek yoghurt
- Whole grain mustard
- Vinegar (I like balsamic, but you do you)
- Cream cheese (Carré frais, or smth like that)

### Creaminess

- Mayo (Use some fancy mayo, trust me)
- Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
